The wearable sensor enables real-time functional hemodynamic monitoring for patients requiring cardiopulmonary and fluid resuscitation.


The Flosonics Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for identifying and converting sales-qualified leads while collaborating closely with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to drive successful prospect outcomes. This role requires building strong relationships with clients, skillfully connecting with key decision-makers, and diligently following up on all leads to secure meetings within the assigned territory.


Success will be measured by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, achieving activity metrics, and consistently delivering reliable performance. The Business Development Representative will also support marketing initiatives, participate in training to maintain comprehensive product and competitor knowledge, and work in partnership with the Flosonics Medical sales team to ensure outstanding results and market impact.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and convert sales-qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with ASMs to help qualify lead and convert leads into scheduled meetings.
  • Strive to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Support marketing initiatives by participating in online, direct mail, and other campaigns.
  • Skillfully navigate to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Diligently follow up on all leads.
  • Achieve or surpass all assigned activity metrics.
  • Engage in all internal training to maintain comprehensive product knowledge, expertise, and an understanding of key differentiators from competitors.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and secure meetings within your territory.
  • Collaborate with the Flosonics Medical sales team to ensure successful prospect outcomes.
  • Consistently deliver reliable performance and results in lead follow-up.


EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Education: Highschool Diploma.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience cold calling in a high-tech or MEDTECH
