The Role
We’re looking for a Social Creative to help shape HOKA’s voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all social platforms. This is a unique opportunity to craft bold, culturally relevant content that connects deeply with our audience and elevates our brand in the digital space.
You’ll be part of a passionate in-house creative team that blends strategy, design, and storytelling to build brand love. You’ll collaborate across teams and with external partners to bring ideas to life—from concept to execution.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Your Impact
- Create compelling social-first content—from short-form video and carousels to copy and visuals—that inspires and engages.
- Develop a distinct look & feel and tone of voice for HOKA’s social presence, rooted in authenticity and innovation.
- Translate brand and product campaigns into platform-specific stories that resonate with runners and lifestyle audiences.
- Leverage cultural moments and trends to keep HOKA relevant and top-of-mind.
- Use data and insights to inform creative decisions and optimize performance.
- Collaborate across teams and with agencies to ensure alignment and amplify impact.
- Champion inclusivity and representation in all creative work, reflecting the diverse community we serve.
- 5+ years of experience in social media content creation (agency or in-house).
- A strong POV on how brands thrive on social—balancing creativity, strategy, and performance.
- Expertise in storytelling across visuals, motion, and copy.
- Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their nuances.
- Passion for running culture, lifestyle, and community.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- A collaborative spirit and a drive to push creative boundaries.
