We’re looking for a talented Data Analyst who will help move the needle for the entire company by doing high-quality work in terms of answering tough questions, improving our decision-making, and surfacing insights we didn’t know before.

The perfect candidate will provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive strategic decisions across business and product, become the focal point for all related data matters in the organization, See beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support, and execute our decisions and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Create real value from data and communicate it to the various stakeholders; Work closely with Marketing, Product etc.
  • Analyze internal and external data sources to reach actionable recommendations for business decisions.
  • Design and create BI ETL’s, reports, and dashboards that will provide insights about the product and business performance.
  • Design and develop data visualization (Tableau)

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst. Experience in the health industry is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required; a degree in Economics or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Expert at Data Visualizations (preferably Tableau)
  • Great at communicating results of the analysis in simple business language
  • Team player, effective interpersonal skills, and good vibes. Manage relationships with key partners across different functions.

Advantages:

  • Experience working in the Health industry
  • Statistical knowledge and experience using statistics to analyze datasets
  • Coding/scripting experience with Python
