We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and manage the hiring process. In this role, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for our Clinical teams. You’ll work on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier clinical talent across various departments, including Prior Authorization, Clinical Care, Formulary Operations, etc. You'll play a crucial role in building our clinical teams, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

Position Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to meet hiring needs across the company, with a focus on clinical talent (pharmacists, technicians, etc.), including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating feedback, managing candidate expectations, and extending offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles for various roles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, networking, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivations.
- As the first touch point to Capital Rx, deliver consistent high-quality candidate experience.
- Collaborate effectively and act as a trusted strategic partner with technical leaders across the business, working closely with hiring managers on job description creation, identifying ideal candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring recommendations.
- Maintain a passive pipeline of candidates in anticipation of future hiring needs.
- Track and report on pipeline metrics and recruiting performance.
- Participate in continuous strategic talent acquisition process improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success recruiting for a variety of different roles and learning the intricacies of new roles to quickly
- Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, Seekout, etc.).
- A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, organizational skills, and ability to handle shifting priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with clinical recruiting, especially pharmacists and technicians
- Experience working in Greenhouse, strongly preferred
