The Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Web Developer to lead the technical execution of our new corporate website. Working closely with our marketing and design teams, you will be responsible for transforming our sitemap and Figma wireframes into a fully functional, responsive, and high-performing web-flow site.

This is a hands-on role that requires both strong technical web-flow skills and a keen eye for design implementation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is an expert in the web-flow platform, including its CMS, integrations, and best practices for responsive experiences.

This contract is for an initial 6-month period, with the potential to extend into a long-term, part-time maintenance role (approximately 10 hours/week) upon successful completion of the website rebuild.

What You’ll Do

  • Development & Implementation: Translate Figma wireframes and high-fidelity designs into fully responsive, pixel-perfect pages within web-flow
  • CMS Architecture: Build, structure, and manage the web-flow CMS collections (e.g., for blog posts, case studies, team members) following best practices for scalability and ease of use
  • Technical Integrations: Integrate lead generation forms and other marketing tools with third-party services (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp), ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Blog & Content Hub: Enhance our blog's user experience by implementing advanced filtering, dynamic categories, and robust search capabilities.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Implement and validate tracking scripts and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) to ensure accurate data collection for performance marketing and reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing across all browsers and devices to ensure compatibility, responsiveness, and optimal site performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our designers, content creators, and marketing team to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with our new branding and strategic goals.

What You’ll Need

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Web-flow Developer with a strong portfolio of live web-flow projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in the web-flow platform, including the Designer, interactions/animations, and CMS.
  • Demonstrable experience converting Figma (or similar design tool) mockups into functional websites
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and the box model. Basic JavaScript/jQuery knowledge is a plus
  • Experience integrating third-party tools and APIs with web-flow, particularly for lead generation and marketing automation
  • Familiarity with implementing and managing web analytics and tracking tags (GA4, GTM)
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to creating a high-quality user experience for both desktop and mobile formats
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Experience with custom code (JavaScript, jQuery) implementation within web-flow for advanced functionality
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to implement them in web-flow (e.g., schema, redirects, metadata)
  • Experience with website migration projects, including managing 301 redirects
  • Experience working with integrations such as Pardot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is a plus
