This is a 100% remote Canada-based role! It will start out as a 3 month contract with the intent to extend quarterly (up to a total of 18 months).

As a Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build strong talent pipelines. Your ability to identify and engage top candidates will be essential to the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, in a sourcing or recruiting capacity OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
  • Experience hiring a variety of Technical and GTM roles (Cloud, Data, Security, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
  • Experience sourcing, screening, intervieiwng, extending offers, and onboarding.
  • Have a good understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and is able to develop a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities.
  • Boolean Search String knowledge.  Able to conduct x-ray Boolean search string across multiple platforms to find talent.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Adaptive to process changes
