Aquent’s Financial Services Client is looking for a strong talent acquisition professional to assist and support in recruitment activities including full lifecycle recruiting of assigned job levels, onboarding, and various other recruiting needs associated with the stakeholder selection process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and work closely with other members of the Talent team, department leaders, and hiring managers across the organization.

Essential Job Functions
- Facilitate full lifecycle recruitment of assigned job levels through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting the most qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify the needs of the role and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating the interview process, which includes scheduling phone screens and onsite interviews, administering candidate assessments, and other additional tasks as needed.
- Post open jobs through applicant tracking system, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
- Develop and monitor regular reporting and metrics as it pertains to talent acquisition.
- Assist in developing pipelines of qualified candidates for in-demand skill sets and critical roles through innovative sourcing strategies.
- Support and enhance diverse workforce expansion efforts through sourcing and recruitment process.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience.
- Identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with local community organizations, universities, and industry programs.
- Coordinate campus recruitment efforts through scheduling and attending appropriate campus events.
- Work closely with the Talent Development team and department leaders to facilitate programming for internship initiatives.
- Provide support and back up for Carson Wealth talent acquisition needs and other areas of talent and human resources.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or equivalent role
- Full-life cycle recruitment experience with hands-on experience with various stages of the recruitment process
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated independent problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Experience coordinating university recruitment efforts
- Experience implementing diverse sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with different applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or other related field
