Talent Partner / Recruiter

People Culture Talent is partnering with several companies to help them build their Talent Acquisition teams. We're seeking Full-Cycle Recruiters based in the Bay Area, CA or New York, NY. You'll manage end-to-end recruiting processes with a focus on building exceptional pipelines for specialized roles. These positions offers the opportunity to shape talent acquisition strategy as an early recruiting hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to closing
• Develop deep candidate pipelines, especially for specialized roles
• Work closely with hiring managers on strategy and execution
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences
• Help improve and develop recruiting operations
  
  

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of experience running full recruiting cycles
• Track record of scaling teams at fast-growing startups
• Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill technical roles
• Strong drive and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work on-site in either Manhattan or San Francisco
