Job specific requirements:
The base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $297,500; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at the senior level within the customer
- Define and execute the strategy for the Away From Home channel for the US.
- Lead and manage Marketing, Ingredients, Non Commercial and Chains teams to develop Powerful Customer Partnerships and define and deliver the customer Joint Business Plan and Mondelēz revenue targets
- Provide strategic customer leadership; revenue planning and forecasting and lead the execution of commercial strategies to develop and execute the customer JBP.
- Provide leadership and development for the Marketing, Ingredients, Non Commercial and Chains teams.
- Provide direction to cross functional business partners in all interaction with the customer

Job specific requirements:
- Minimum 10-15 years of sales and account management experience
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Keen understanding of business processes and systems
- Leading CPG company experience, ideally in the food industry
- Functional Skills: People Management, Strategic Agility, Business Acumen, Planning, Priority Setting, Drive for Results and Leadership
