You oversee customer relationships and work in partnership with them to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at the senior level within the customer
  • Define and execute the strategy for the Away From Home channel for the US.
  • Lead and manage Marketing, Ingredients, Non Commercial and Chains teams to develop Powerful Customer Partnerships and define and deliver the customer Joint Business Plan and Mondelēz revenue targets
  • Provide strategic customer leadership; revenue planning and forecasting and lead the execution of commercial strategies to develop and execute the customer JBP.
  • Provide leadership and development for the Marketing, Ingredients, Non Commercial and Chains teams.
  • Provide direction to cross functional business partners in all interaction with the customer

Job specific requirements:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of sales and account management experience
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Keen understanding of business processes and systems
  • Leading CPG company experience, ideally in the food industry
  • Functional Skills:  People Management, Strategic Agility, Business Acumen, Planning, Priority Setting, Drive for Results and Leadership


Travel requirements: Approximately 30% travel required.

The base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $297,500; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
