The Senior Executive Assistant at Cornwell Quality Tools will play an integral role within the organization, providing high-level administrative support to key executives. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organization skills, with a meticulous attention for detail. The candidate will serve as an initial point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments. They will also be in charge of organizing travel and accommodations, overseeing budgets and expenses, and conducting research and preparing documents for review.

- Managing executive schedules, making appointments and ensuring all business tasks are handled efficiently.
- Arranging travel, visas, accommodation, and occasional traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
- Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, handling them when appropriate, and ensuring that the executive is well prepared for meetings.
- Managing databases, filing systems, and carrying out background research and presenting findings into subjects the executive is dealing with.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations, attending meetings and ensuring the executive is well prepared for them.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures or administrative systems, and liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar, preferably within a Fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to build relationships with stakeholders and staff at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Able to maintain professional standards even under high pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a mastery in Outlook, Word, and Excel, and capable of quickly learning organizational structure and the objectives of the team.
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
