As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind creative and production operations, collaborating closely with design, product, and engineering teams. You will champion efficiency, ensuring seamless execution of projects from concept to delivery. Your expertise will empower designers to focus on what they do best – creating exceptional user experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leadership to understand product vision
- Drive design deliverables for each product cycle
- Refine the design process for maximum efficiency and quality output
- Operationalize design processes to boost productivity
- Manage design work items, scope, and requirements
- Forecast design workloads and identify capacity
- Partner with Design Managers to negotiate scope based on bandwidth
- Facilitate design reviews and communicate action items
- Optimize tools and processes for cross-team collaboration
- Track resourcing needs and initiate discussions with Design Managers
- 6+ years of program management experience; design ops experience preferred
- Proficiency with modern project tracking software and Microsoft Office/M365 suite
- Proven project management skills, including capacity tracking and prioritization
- Education in interface business, engineering, design, or a highly related field with significant industry experience
- Strong interest in and aptitude for learning new technologies
- Ability to thrive in a fluid, evolving environment with creative solutions
