We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the Expansion Department as we continue to grow rapidly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excels at organization and follow-through.
While prior experience in architecture or interior design is helpful, it is not required. This position requires close coordination with our vendors, assistance with procurement, and some overlap with our contractors and architects. You’ll report directly to the VP of Interior Design + Art but will collaborate with the broader Expansion team to keep projects on track from concept through build-out.

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the Expansion Department as we continue to grow rapidly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excels at organization and follow-through.

You’ll report directly to the VP of Interior Design + Art but will collaborate with the broader Expansion team to keep projects on track from concept through build-out.
Responsibilities Include The Following
Project Coordination
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and documentation between internal teams, architects, general contractors, and design vendors.
- Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all parties are aligned on deadlines.
- Maintain and update internal project trackers and logs (e.g., FF&E, procurement schedules, install calendars).
- Assist with FF&E procurement (furniture, lighting, materials, finishes, signage, etc.).
- Collect vendor quotes, manage purchase orders, and follow up on shipments.
- Help maintain procurement documentation and organize digital asset libraries.
- Support the team on facilities-related requests, including submitting and tracking tickets for general maintenance needs at existing locations. Liaise with internal operations staff and outside vendors to resolve minor issues efficiently.
- Serve as a point of contact for interior design documentation, finish boards, and vendor samples.
- Prepare internal reports or status updates as requested by the VP of Interior Design + Art.
- 3–5 years of full-time professional experience (project management, operations, or design-related fields preferred).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented - you triple-check your work and thrive on order.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks and supporting senior leadership.
- Familiarity with design and architecture terminology or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, and basic project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar).
- Experience with furniture procurement or vendor coordination.
- Interest in interior design, architecture, hospitality, or construction.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or SketchUp (not required).
