About the Role:

Is hiring a Social Media Community Manager to manage and grow the online community for a major new CPG energy brand, backed by one of the world’s largest corporations. You will be fully dedicated to this flagship client, working closely with the Senior Social Media Content Strategist and a full creative studio team.

Your role is all about bringing the brand to life across social platforms—managing day-to-day posting, responding to community interactions, and keeping the brand voice active, engaging, and consistent in both English and French. You will be the brand’s direct connection to its customers and fans, playing a critical role in shaping how the community experiences and interacts with the brand.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of all major social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others).
  • Engage directly with the community: respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and community posts in both English and French.
  • Ensure a consistent and authentic brand voice across platforms, aligned with the strategist’s content plan.
  • Monitor social media activity and conversations, escalating key opportunities, risks, or customer concerns to the strategist and brand team.
  • Implement posting schedules, upload creative assets, and ensure content goes live on time.
  • Track community sentiment and engagement trends, sharing insights with the strategist and studio team.
  • Help foster a vibrant and loyal community around the brand.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of social media management or community management experience, ideally with consumer or CPG brands.
  • Proven ability to engage and grow online communities through authentic, responsive interaction.
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong understanding of platform-native community culture (TikTok comments, Instagram engagement, YouTube community, etc.).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple channels simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, community-first mindset.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with Shopify-based brands or consumer eCommerce businesses.
  • Familiarity with social listening and community management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Khoros).
  • Experience supporting a brand launch or rapid scale-up.

Why Join Us

  • Be the voice of a new CPG brand, engaging directly with consumers from launch day.
  • Collaborate with a full creative studio and strategist, with supportive leadership and clear vision.
  • Join InBeat, a leader in influencer and UGC-driven growth, while being embedded with a high-profile, innovative client.
  • Remote-first contractor role with the opportunity to grow your career as the brand scales.
