Senior Manager, Sales Analytics & Planning
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Sales Analytics & Planning will lead forecasting, pipeline visibility, territory and quota planning, and performance analytics to improve revenue predictability and sales productivity. This role delivers actionable insights across the entire customer lifecycle — from top-of-funnel lead generation through customer retention — enabling data-driven decisions that support growth. Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT, this leader will introduce advanced analytics, optimize coverage models, and ensure high-quality, accurate reporting.

Senior Manager, Sales Analytics & Planning
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Sales Analytics & Planning will lead forecasting, pipeline visibility, territory and quota planning, and performance analytics to improve revenue predictability and sales productivity. Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT, this leader will introduce advanced analytics, optimize coverage models, and ensure high-quality, accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own forecasting processes, tools, and cadence to improve accuracy and consistency.
- Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, territory design, coverage analysis, and quota allocation.
- Partner with Marketing on top-of-funnel analytics, lead source performance, and campaign ROI.
- Track and analyze Customer Success metrics, CAC, LTV, retention, and expansion trends.
- Build dashboards and visualizations using BI tools to inform strategy and execution.
- Introduce predictive and prescriptive analytics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate analytics into GTM decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in sales analytics, sales/revenue operations, or related fields, with 3+ years in leadership.
- Proven success in forecasting, pipeline management, territory and coverage analysis.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Domo, Tableau).
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, lead attribution, and customer success KPIs.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
