About Your Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief of Staff to the CEO to join our executive leadership team. As a senior advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s priorities and OKRs, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence at the highest level. This position requires exceptional strategic thinking, operational expertise, and the ability to influence and lead across a complex, fast-paced organization.
What You’ll Do
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $230,000 - $275,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.

About Your Role

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, providing strategic insights, recommendations, and solutions to support effective decision-making
- Design and execute the company’s OKR process, including prioritizing initiatives, managing and influencing executive stakeholders, company communication, ensuring alignment across the company, and driving accountability to outcomes
- Manage the company’s operating rhythm, leading the structured cadence of key processes, meetings, activities and offsites that help the organization run smoothly and achieve its goals
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects as needed
- Manage the Senior Leadership Team, including orchestrating what business gets done when and where, managing the agenda, organizing offsites in partnership with CEO’s EA, and building deep relationships with the executive members
- Partner with CEO to own CEO’s internal communications initiatives such as All Hands meetings and leadership updates, ensuring employees remain connected to and inspired by the company's mission and aligned to current goals
- 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Chief of Staff, Director or VP of Strategy, Director or VP of Operations) within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven track record of managing the company-wide OKR process and driving strategic initiatives to successful outcomes at scale
- Strong background in project management, process optimization, and results-driven execution
- Experience working closely with CEO and executive leadership teams. Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization
- Ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Deep understanding of financial metrics, business analytics, and operational KPIs
- Familiarity with scaling businesses in high-growth phases and internationally
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
