What We're Looking For
Breezeway is seeking a motivated and collaborative Product Manager to join our team. This role will focus on delivering new features and enhancements for our Digital Guidebook and Upsells product lines, helping property managers create seamless guest experiences while driving additional revenue opportunities. From personalized itineraries to in-stay upsell offers, the Guest Experience team is behind some of Breezeway's fastest-growing and most engaging products. Our product team is small, scrappy, and scaling quickly. We're looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building intuitive, guest-facing products, thrives on defining and refining processes, and values building strong relationships across both technical and non-technical teams.

What We're Looking For
Breezeway is seeking a motivated and collaborative Product Manager to join our team. This role will focus on delivering new features and enhancements for our Digital Guidebook and Upsells product lines, helping property managers create seamless guest experiences while driving additional revenue opportunities. What You'll Do
- Contribute to building and managing the product roadmap by prioritizing tasks and projects
- Identify and predict obstacles, collisions, and risk to projects across multiple teams and seek solutions to eliminate them
- Lead complex projects and initiatives and execute deliverables at the highest level from both a creative and technical standpoint
- Continuously drive customer value through right-sized features and improvements
- Define and communicate product requirements through thorough documentation including problem statements, customer findings, and user stories
- Partner with engineers, designers, and other members of the squad to effectively plan and lead development sprints
- Find and assess opportunities through client and stakeholder feedback to deliver streamlined experiences and contribute to company-wide goals and success
- Distill product vision into iterable milestones continuously delivering value to customers
- Help refine both squad level and cross-team processes, organization and communication strategies to drive strong collaboration and value driven output
- Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Implementation to develop training materials and other product focused education
- Stay on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape through market research that can influence our strategy and prioritization
- Maintain an informed voice of the user through interviews, fostered relationships with engaged customers, and close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to make data driven decisions and measure the impact of team initiatives towards key KPIs
- Foster a culture of impact and performance while championing our values to ensure that your team and the wider Product team are enabled to succeed
- 4+ years experience driving product management (startup experience is a bonus)
- 2+ years experience in B2B2C SaaS or B2C
- Experience in building and navigating large, technical, interconnected systems
- Experience in managing multiple product roadmaps to prioritize and align efforts
- Proven analytical skills and superior ability to use data to drive decision-making and feature prioritization
