About Reap

Reap is a global financial technology company headquartered in Hong Kong, with team members across multiple countries. We connect businesses to the global financial system by combining traditional finance with stablecoins, enabling faster, more efficient, and borderless money movement.

Today, our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools help companies streamline their financial operations and scale with ease. Our APIs allow businesses to embed stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products and services—whether that’s issuing Visa cards or enabling cross-border payments.

Backed by leading investors like Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, we’re building the future of borderless, stablecoin-powered finance.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the international growth of our Card Issuance API—a powerful platform that enables businesses to create and manage scalable card programs across multiple markets.

You’ll be responsible for customizing and expanding our platform to meet the needs of new regional markets, ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional developer and customer experience. This means defining and launching market-specific API capabilities and client-facing tools—such as dashboards, localized KYC flows, and reporting systems—that help our clients successfully deploy and operate card programs worldwide.

What You’ll Do

Drive global product expansion

  • Own the international expansion roadmap for the Card Issuance API, focusing on the capabilities needed to operate card programs in new markets.
  • Develop solutions for regional card fulfillment, transaction processing, cardholder KYC flows, and compliance reporting.

Collaborate and execute

  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Billing, Legal, and Growth teams to meet market-specific requirements and operational needs.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end launch of card programs in new countries, ensuring readiness across all teams.

Build for scale and localization

  • Develop features for multi-currency support, local transaction monitoring integrations, and card activation/management workflows.
  • Localize features such as spending controls, rewards programs, and customer support tools based on market needs.

Measure, learn, and improve

  • Analyze regional usage patterns and customer feedback to continuously refine and optimize the product.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience building products that support card program operations—such as transaction processing, dispute management, and cardholder servicing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience adapting card programs to different regulatory environments.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions in new markets.
  • A deep understanding of what it takes to run successful card programs internationally (e.g., BIN sponsorship, issuing bank relationships, dispute processes, launch timelines).
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, global startup.
  • Bonus points if you’ve launched card issuance products in multiple international markets and understand their operational requirements.

What We Offer

  • A high-impact role in a fast-growing company at the intersection of crypto and fintech.
  • A remote-friendly culture (with preferred time zone overlap in Asia or Europe) and periodic offsites for in-person collaboration.
  • Competitive compensation and equity options.
  • The opportunity to work on a first-of-its-kind stablecoin-enabled financial product.
  • A culture of learning, ownership, and radical transparency—where we challenge the status quo and prioritize clarity over ambiguity.
