This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service—all from the comfort of your own workspace. If you have strong communication skills, are solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. This is a full-time, hourly role requiring English language proficiency.

What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and support regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate team if necessary.
- Document and update customer information in the internal database.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers.
- Improve customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet team goals and metrics.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
- Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and CRM tools.
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to company systems and processes.
