Design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions that help grantmaking organizations streamline operations and improve their impact. We are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant with strong technical skills and experience working in a consulting environment.

Expected Outcomes
Contribute to the Successful Implementation and Support of Grantmaking Cloud Solutions
- Serve as a technical resource to configure, deploy, and enhance grantmaking solutions, ensuring user-friendly experiences.
- Collaborate with project managers, Technical Architects and Sr. Developers to meet client goals and timelines.
- Support or lead meetings to tease out detailed business processes and find the most efficient business process that fits a Salesforce solution.
- Align technical designs with client operational needs and available system features.
- Independently configure and set up system of choice including forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports to align with client requirements while prioritizing usability.
- Set up online portals for various audiences, with a focus for applicants to submit and review applications, reports, and payments.
- Automate grant approval workflows that impact members across membership levels.
- Research and utilize middleware tools as needed to build and manage API integrations for smooth data flow across platforms.
- Optionally apply programming skills to create customized automations; this would be under the peer tutelage of the Senior Developer.
- Execute data tasks including audits, migrations, cleansing, deduplication, and visualization.
- Map and transform data for system integrations and reporting needs.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on data validation and quality assurance activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by sharing insights through documentation and training.

Skills & Qualifications
Required
- 5 Years of experience working with the configuration of Salesforce solutions, ideally in the grantmaking or nonprofit environment. This includes NPC and Experience Cloud. Leads the configuration of full system modules.
- 2-3 years of experience translating business requirements into the technical design and configuration build.
- 2-3 years of experience in data migration, preferably large scale.
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting, able to translate technical information into plain English for non-technical client project members and advise on design trade-offs.
- Certification: Advanced Administrator, App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Platform Developer 1, Copado Fundamentals 1.
- Familiarity with front-end web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, Liquid Code) is a bonus.
- 2 years of experience with deep collaboration, facilitation and working on a long-term implementation project.
