We're looking for a scrappy and driven Growth Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is a unique blend of digital marketing, outbound sales development, and hands-on customer engagement. The Role:
We're looking for a scrappy and driven Growth Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is a unique blend of digital marketing, outbound sales development, and hands-on customer engagement. What You'll Do:
- Identify ways to drive adoption of HeyMilo E2E
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
- Lead outbound sales efforts including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other creative tactics to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to demo scheduling.
- Identify lucrative channel partnerships
- Continuously test, measure, and iterate on growth strategies to achieve ambitious acquisition goals.
- Collaborate closely with founders, sales, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and messaging.
- Scrappy, resourceful, and eager to take initiative and ownership and has a do whatever it takes mentality.
- Comfortable and confident making cold calls, sending cold emails, and proactively engaging with prospects
- Experienced in running digital ad campaigns with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable learner who thrives in rapidly evolving startup environments.
- Previous experience in HR or Recruiting tech is a plus, but not required.
