Job Description

The District Sales Leader is responsible for managing the assigned region, including meeting or exceeding order volume and revenue targets and operational budgeted costs. You will be responsible for insuring the Account Managers and Account Executives work together synergistically to achieve the total region goals and objectives.

Your role:
  • Develop strong knowledge of market, accounts, and competition and industry trends and utilize in creation of Regional Sales Strategy Develop a Regional Sales Strategy to achieve or exceed goals, metrics and expectations
  • Ensure the Regional Sales Strategy represents the full One Philips product portfolio including services
  • Manage and drive funnel growth and forecast accuracy across all product lines and Coach Account Managers in executing their business and hold them accountable for their results. Participate in customer meetings to closure
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and personalized development plans and identify high-potential talent and support career growth through structured coaching, training, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development and lead by example in sales execution and customer engagement, reinforcing best practices and driving team accountability.

You're the right fit if:
  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in industry or sales experience involving complex bundled deals
  • Your skills include 5+ years of sales management experience in an environment involving complex bundled deals
  • You have a BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Associates,
  • You have Consistent and successful sales track record & results: over quota performance, forecast accuracy, balanced portfolio, and competitive wins

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a Field based role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $220,250 to $243,000 plus company/fleet car. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
