Job Overview

Collabrios Health is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)

• Experience with healthcare technology or similar industry.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
