Overview
Dental Care Alliance (DCA), a leading dental support organization, seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives and projects throughout our organization. As a key player in our team, you’ll ensure successful project delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with organizational goals. This is a strategic, forward-thinking Business & Operations Project Management Role which may include projects that roll out new solutions and technology to support business functions. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives within Support Center Operations.
Responsibilities
Develop work plans, including timelines, milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
Define measurable KPIs and EBITDA Targets for each Strategic Imperative in collaboration with Business Leads.
Track Project Scope and Deliverables at a Milestone and Task level.
Lead multiple projects, prioritizing work, and responsibilities.
Hold Business Leads accountable for their roles in projects and functional area readiness.
Coordinate and support virtual project deployments across ~400 offices.
Collaborate & Partner with internal teams and external vendors for smooth and successful execution.
Monitor project progress, adjust as needed, and prevent scope creep.
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders.
Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
PMP certification preferred.
Healthcare or Dental, DSO, Dental Operations or Dental Clinical experience (a plus, but not required).
Change Management certification (a plus, but not required).
Ability to work remotely and influence leadership.
5+ years of complex project management experience (preferably in Dental or Healthcare).
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, O365, Microsoft Office suite).
