We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will act as a gatekeeper and problem solver—handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Duties
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events; manage agendas and take minutes when necessary.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Monitor and manage email communications and follow up on action items.
- Assist with project management and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Maintain filing systems and office organization.
- Support other administrative team members as needed.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience supporting C-level executives.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.
