Job brief

One of our clients, a healthcare professional, is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the opening and management of a new clinic. This role focuses on ancillary administrative and logistical tasks rather than direct clinical work.

Responsibilities

  • Researching and compiling a comprehensive list of available salon/office suites in the city.
  • Contacting offices to confirm suite availability and gather details on monthly/yearly rental pricing.
  • Assisting in the creation of an inventory list for clinic setup and ongoing operations.
  • Supporting other administrative and organizational tasks related to the clinics launch and daily management.


Requirements

  • Strong organizational and research skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities (phone and email outreach).
  • Proactive and resourceful with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in administrative, real estate research, or healthcare office support is a plus but not required.
