As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be the central hub of support for a dynamic team, managing complex calendars, facilitating key business rhythms, and contributing to special projects. What You’ll Do
- Expertly manage complex calendars for executive leadership, optimizing schedules and prioritizing meetings with global stakeholders.
- Facilitate key rhythm of the business activities, ensuring seamless execution of recurring meetings, events, and reporting cycles.
- Provide project support as needed, contributing to budget management, logistical arrangements, and other critical initiatives.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactively anticipate and address the needs of the executive team, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed for all engagements.
- 8+ years of experience in executive assistance, specifically supporting executive-level management (GM or equivalent).
- Proven proficiency with industry-standard collaboration and productivity tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience working within this specific client’s environment is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting sales and marketing executives.
