This role is ideal for someone who excels at blending traditional executive support with modern tools—including AI-powered platforms for productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support across business and personal priorities
- Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, using AI tools to suggest scheduling efficiencies
- Handle professional and personal travel booking and itinerary management
- Use AI platforms (e.g., Notion AI, Otter, Reclaim, Grammarly, or similar) for note-taking, drafting emails, research, and calendar automation
- Organize digital files and implement systems for task tracking and productivity
- Coordinate household and family logistics (scheduling, errands, vendor communication)
- Run in-person errands and support tasks locally (if hybrid)
- Support startup initiatives with light research, follow-up, and task execution
- Maintain confidentiality and manage competing priorities with discretion
- 5+ years as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior-level leadership
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and a proactive mindset in leveraging tech to enhance efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable blending personal and professional support fluidly
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters discreetly
- Based in or near Morgan Hill, CA (strongly preferred), or remote with PST time zone overlap
- Prior experience in both corporate and startup environments
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to complete personality or productivity assessments
- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Hybrid preferred: part-time in-person + remote, or fully remote with strong AI proficiency
- Must have consistent availability during PST hours
