We are seeking a Junior Sterling File Gateway (SFG) Developer to support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of secure file transfers between internal systems and external trading partners. This role requires foundational knowledge of IBM Sterling File Gateway and related protocols. You will be responsible for assisting senior developers in integration projects and learning to manage secure file exchange processes in an enterprise environment.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $42.35/hour - $66.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and support of IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and Connect:Direct
- Help configure file transfer protocols including SFTP, FTP/S, HTTPS, MQ, and AS2
- Participate in partner onboarding, including setup of trading partner profiles and certificate management
- Monitor file transfer activities and log/report issues under the supervision of senior staff
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and support internal/external compliance audits
- Collaborate with senior developers and analysts to meet deliverables on integration initiatives
- Exposure to IBM Sterling File Gateway and related B2B platforms such as IBM B2B Integrator, Control Center, or Connect:Direct
- Understanding of secure file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTP/S, HTTPS, MQ, AS2
- Familiarity with encryption and decryption methodologies for data-in-transit
- Basic understanding of partner setup and certificate/key management
- Works effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates eagerness to learn and take on new technical tasks
- Understands the importance of documentation and process compliance
- Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
