Position Overview
Cumulus Media | (Atlanta, GA) has an immediate, fully remote opening for a full time Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’re responsible for applicant management and active recruitment in our national broadcasting markets; with a focus on our operational, sales and digital advertising management roles. You’ll collaborate with market leadership to assist in the process of bringing on board the best talent possible for their individual markets, acting as a recruitment subject-matter expert to support the start of their hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Aggressively fuel market leadership application/hiring pipeline(s) by screening applicants, leveraging social media, internal referrals, external networking, and searching candidate databases for current/future needs.
- Research and actively source passive job seekers to build a long-term pipeline of future candidates.
- Build relationships with departmental leaders to understand business needs and objectives - review recruiting and applicant management processes, as well as top-choice candidates, with leadership regularly.
- Accurately maintain dashboards and recruiting metrics including applicants, internal applications, referrals, etc.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Requisition and candidate management in the company’s applicant tracking system.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- 4+ years of executive recruitment experience in a corporate or recruitment firm setting
- Experience recruiting media industry professionals and/or industry expreince highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (365, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) and applicant tracking and/or CRM software helpful.
- Experience with social media platforms, candidate recruitment platforms (LinkedIn and INDEED), and other recruitment platforms/methods highly preferred.
- Solid track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs.
- Strong desire to collaborate and work as a team to achieve goals.
