Hello!

Thanks for checking out our job posting for the role of Implementation Manager at PerchPeek. You’ve already taken a tiny step towards being a part of our team—huzzah! We know that taking your next career step is as exciting as it can be exhausting. So, with that in mind, we’ve tried to keep our description simple and cliché-free to help you decide if PerchPeek and this role are a good match for you.

What is PerchPeek?

At PerchPeek we dream of a borderless world where people have the freedom to live and work where they please. Where ideas and resources flow where they’re most needed unrestricted by national borders. We strive to create a world of opportunity for everyone, anywhere – one move at a time.

We’re building a streamlined Mobility ecosystem to empower businesses and individuals to move anywhere in the world. We support employers and employees through every stage of the relocation process, providing an affordable, scalable, high-value service, powered by technology and relocation expertise.

Have you ever relocated? If so, you probably know how overwhelming it can be—immigration hoops, tax implications, housing, shipping, utilities, banking…the list goes on. No matter where in the world you go, relocating is complicated, time-intensive, and stressful. PerchPeek was conceived to change that.

For relocators, our goal is to guide them through every step of their move with a delightful mix of tech, coaching, content, and partnerships which work together to make relocating simpler, faster, and more fun.

For employers, we streamline the entire process of supporting international Mobility into one easy-to-use platform, turning Mobility into a strategic advantage for thriving globally.

Now you know why we’re so passionate about what we do!

The Role

We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join PerchPeek’s Account Management team to drive fast, efficient, and delightful onboarding for new client accounts. Reporting into the Head of Account Management and partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams, you’ll own the post-sale implementation process, including managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and setting expectations across internal and external teams.

You should be an excellent project manager, relationship builder, clear communicator, and be excited to demonstrate both strategic thinking and hands-on skills. This is a highly visible, client-facing role which will be critical to PerchPeek’s next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

Whilst every role in a startup has a degree of flexibility over time, here is what we see as the role’s main responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end implementation process for new accounts, guiding clients through initial setup, configuration, integrations, and stakeholder training.
  • Gather crucial information about your clients’ ways of working, pain points, and desired outcomes in order to tailor the onboarding process to address specific requirements and goals.
  • Continuously improve, automate, and scale PerchPeek’s implementation processes, proactively identifying and driving new strategies to enhance efficiency and client adoption across all account tiers.
  • Accountable for client education and expectations management related to the overall implementation process and timing of deliverables.
  • Multitask – manage multiple implementations and priorities at once.
  • Deploy surveys for client feedback on our product and the onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Finance, Sales, and Product to ensure implementations with new clients, pilot programs, and expansions are mutually successful.
  • Become a subject matter experience by demonstrating a deep understanding of our product, market differentiation, industry trends and how they impact our clients and their needs.
  • Be a PerchPeek Ambassador and represent PerchPeek at events (online/offline, owned and external), as needed.
  • Participating in RFP presentations, as needed.

Requirements

The type of person we think will be awesome at this will likely have the following range of qualities and experience:

  • 2-3+ years experience in a sales, onboarding/implementation, or project management role.
  • Extremely strong project management skills and go-to tricks for scoping and executing a plan.
  • An unrivaled sense of ownership, and comfort in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is the norm.
  • Demonstrated experience working alongside AEs / AMs for smooth account handovers.
  • Experience working with enterprise-sized companies and their teams, ideally in a multi-entity and/or international environment.

Whilst not necessary, we’re especially interested in candidates with the below skills or qualifications:

  • International experience – confidence and comfortability with a broad range of perspectives, cultures, and ways of working.
  • Experience working in an ambiguous, high growth environment.
  • Experience designing implementation processes (or other process design experience).
  • Former Consultants.

A couple of additional areas to note:

  • Language Requirements – This role requires complete fluency in spoken and written English. Additional languages are always a plus!
  • Travel Requirements – You should be able, willing, and prepared to travel internationally – you should expect to travel between 10-12 times per year for this role, whether that’s for events, conferences, client functions or staff events.
  • Timezones & Working Hours – We are a fully remote company, which means you’ll predominantly be able to work wherever you’d like. However, in this role you should be able to commit to standard business hours between Eastern US and UK timezones. You should also be prepared for occasional late night / early morning calls with stakeholders based on their location.

Pay & Benefits

Salary

Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, location and some role-dependent factors. We’ll be happy to discuss this during the interview process.

Candidates in the United States: the annual base salary for this position will be between $78,000 and $95,000.

The PerchPerks

  • Company share options - be a business owner and have your very own little piece of PerchPeek.
