Assistant Controller

• Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of monthly financial reporting
• Technical accounting analysis under IFRS, including summarizing financial results for senior leadership
• Reviewing software contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition under IFRS 15
• Coordinating audit requests
• Helping integrate new acquisitions into the finance group
• Leading ad hoc projects that impact various stakeholders

Qualifications

The main qualifications for this role include:

• CPA designation complete or in progress
• Formal accounting education
• 3+ years’ experience in an accounting or finance environment
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Assets (nice to have):

• Experience with IFRS
• Public accounting firm or SaaS experience
