About Us
BTC Inc. is the parent company of Bitcoin Magazine, The Bitcoin Conference, and Bitcoin for Corporations. Our mission is Hyperbitcoinization, the global adoption of Bitcoin as the world's preferred monetary network. We believe Bitcoin opens the door to a global monetary network free from poor incentives, censorship, and government manipulation. Our journey to success involves decades of complex problem-solving, product development, and service creation in order to onboard billions of people into a future where money is more accessible, borderless, and inclusive. If you enjoy working on challenging problems, fast-paced sprints, and navigating ambiguity, you'll find our mission and type of work inspiring and rewarding.
The Role
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our People & Technology team, supporting our product and GTM teams across BTC Inc. In this role, you'll be both a strategic advisor and a hands-on operator, responsible for helping high-impact teams scale without losing cultural alignment, team clarity, or operational rigor.
You will partner closely with leaders across multiple functions to identify talent risks, solve organizational bottlenecks, build performance systems, and create a consistent employee experience. You'll help us scale the company while preserving what makes it special — our principles, our pace, and our passion.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-context environments and wants to help build systems and teams from the ground up. It's not a plug-and-play HRBP role — you will be expected to take initiative, ask hard questions, and help us shape the foundation of a high-performing culture across BTC Inc.
The Work
Strategic Business Partnership
In addition to working on a meaningful mission in a challenging environment, we also provide the following:
