As a Call Center Agent with Aquent’s Healthcare client, you’ll be the vital link between health and wellness resources and the individuals who need them. You will empower members to take control of their well-being, guiding them toward a healthier future.

Responsibilities
- Educate members on company-sponsored health incentives and track their progress.
- Assist members with reporting incentive activities and redeeming rewards.
- Answer questions about health notices and available wellness programs.
- Provide technical support for the member portal and promote the mobile app.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the client’s values.
- Meticulously document interactions and outcomes.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service call center environment handling inbound and outbound calls, with a high volume of daily contacts (85-100).
- Proven ability to promote programs or experience in telephonic sales is a plus.
- Strong keyboarding skills (45 WPM with 95% accuracy).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 360 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive).
- Reliable high-speed broadband internet connection (100/25 mbps) with a direct ethernet connection.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience with workforce management software.
- Familiarity with Five9 or similar telephony software.
