CRM Assistant — Remote (Full-Time)

About The Role

Are you obsessed with clean data, organized systems, and making a real impact behind the scenes? We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-obsessed CRM Assistant to help us maintain and enhance our customer relationship management (CRM) systems. In this role, you’ll be the gatekeeper of data integrity—powering accurate reporting, better customer interactions, and scalable growth. This is a remote, full-time position reporting to our CRM Administrator and collaborating across multiple departments. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and love solving puzzles in spreadsheets and CRM tools, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep our CRM platform (HubSpot preferred) running clean and lean by:
  • Performing bulk account updates and record creations
  • Merging duplicate contacts and ensuring consistent data across platforms
  • Cleaning and associating email records captured via browser extensions
  • Managing daily CRM workstreams tied to billing and operations
  • Run proactive audits to maintain CRM accuracy:
  • Regularly audit key CRM fields for completeness
  • Validate and process new account creation requests
  • Lead duplicate address and contact clean-up reviews
  • Ensure accurate customer lifecycle statuses using Google Data and internal tools
  • Support state-specific cleanup projects (e.g., California customer records)
  • Be a key contributor to CRM strategy:
  • Collaborate with other departments as a dotted-line CRM support
  • Help categorize customers by Dealer Type and other important fields
  • Proactively surface inconsistencies and resolve them quickly

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2+ years of experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail—no stray commas or mismatched accounts escape your eye
  • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, lookups, data validation)
  • Ability to juggle multiple audits and tasks while staying organized
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and tech-savvy

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in automotive, SaaS, or technology sectors
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle management or national dealer data
  • Understanding of database structures or working with large data sets

Why Join Us?

This is your chance to be part of a high-growth, mission-driven team that values clean data as the backbone of great customer experiences. You’ll gain hands-on experience across operations, sales, and marketing while contributing directly to strategic initiatives. If you love structure, systems, and solving data puzzles—you’ll thrive here.
