VetsEZ is seeking a System Administrator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for provisioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Windows environment and networks to ensure seamless IT operations and robust security. Key duties include managing network infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and implementing security measures. You will also assist in technical support with developers as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Work on day-to-day operational issues, requests and project tasks involving various technologies e.g. Windows server, patching tools.
- Install, configure, administrate, manage, and support AWS Cloud.
- Hands-on experience of system administration of Windows server-side infrastructure, virtual machines.
- Remediation of Security Configuration Compliance Data (SCCD), Database, Nessus, and Web Application Security Assessment (WASA) scan findings on a proactive basis.
- Understand, document, and support the underlying business processes, workflows, data and application platforms that depend on Microsoft services.
- Take ownership of issues, with a sense of urgency, and use sound judgement to resolve within service levels.
- Engage peers in accordance with processes and procedures to create complete solution designs.
- Develop and communicate task level detail for project plans.
- Must be able to effectively coordinate and multi-task across various groups and functional teams inside and outside of the organization.
- Prior experience working at Managed Services/IT Services company is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science IT or a related field
- Broad expertise in network infrastructure, enterprise architecture, system integration, software development, and IT operations.
- Proficient in Windows Server administration, IIS, cloud technologies (AWS), API integration, security scan remediation, Dynatrace monitoring, and data management within DevOps/Agile environments.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, operate within strategic frameworks, and deliver innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to technical challenges.
- Proven track record of working independently with ownership of solutioning efforts, while also building strong cross-functional relationships across teams and stakeholders.
