About The Role

Ritual’s Influencer Associate will be responsible for the execution of our paid influencer programs across Instagram, Youtube, and Tiktok. This role is integrated cross-functionally and touches all parts of the marketing funnel. It includes storytelling, brand development, community building, and new customer acquisition. You will recruit new talent, create contracts, guide content creation, review content and report on performance. The overarching mission of this role and function is to build trust in Ritual and drive new customers across our DTC business. You will be joining a dynamic marketing team and will be counted on to contribute your ideas and help develop & execute Ritual’s unique and highly engaging approach.

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage emerging influencers with growing audiences that are likely to convert their audience into subscribers.
• Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach and contract negotiations to content creation, campaign ideation, content approval, and performance analysis.
• Help to diversify and scale the influencer program and create long term relationships with talent to create best in class creative content for campaigns that feels true to the talent, and their audience.
• Ensure all influencer content complies with legal, regulatory, and quality assurance standards by maintaining a thorough understanding of product guidelines. Transparency and ethics are important to Ritual.
• Partner with the paid ads team to understand influencer ad performance, brainstorm creative ideas, secure usage rights, and help scale influencer content across the business.
• Assist in adding a personal touch to our influencer relationships from hosting in-person events to gifting.
• Assist in the expansion of Tiktok and Substack Influencers.

What You'll Need

• Education. BS/BA, preferably in marketing, advertising or a creative field.
• Experience: 1-2 years experience in marketing and/or sales
• To be detail oriented and able to manage a budget.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak effectively across all levels of business, both internally and externally.
  
  

Compensation

Pay Range: $45,000 - $72,000

Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. This role is also eligible for equity + generous benefits + 401k + unlimited PTO etc - see our list of perks/ benefits below.
