- Looking operations/process/functional Non-IT Project Coordinator.
- Goal: Evaluate and improve internal processes (lots of manual work to support all the different workstreams, explore new processes, where the Authority stores our information, how the Authority leverages Salesforce and Confluence platforms, minimize waste, streamline).
- Example: Help figure out this Data Dictionary, help with UAT process
- All the PMs on the team owns their own workstreams - this resource would not be managing projects, rather they would be focused on process improvement, coordinating with Salesforce team on assigned tasks, helping ensure all the PMs are on track to meet their deadlines via follow up, support staff augmentation and other vendor management tasks (call center, shared services energy program, etc.).
- Must have a bit of analytical/BA skills - understanding of how to flag issues, ability to identify opportunities for process improvements, ability to summarize reports, communicate with IT and business teams.
- Priority: ability to connect the dots, move things forward, curious, organized, with an eager-to-learn mindset. This sort of personality would be selected over someone with 6+ years of experience.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, O365 (SharePoint, Teams, Office Suite), Asana are a plus.
- 1 year to start, with opportunity for extension.
- No location preference but must be able to work hours (8-9am to 5pm Eastern Time).
- Interview Process: likely 2 panel interviews, team will try to move quickly to review and schedule interviews.
- Contractor must have computer, cell phone, and reliable high-speed internet available while remote

- Process-oriented with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
- Skilled in managing multiple, diverse activities simultaneously, delivering on commitments, and operating with speed, accuracy and strong judgement.
- Exemplary project management skills with the ability to set priorities, develop and execute on a workplan, and an action-bias to deliver.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability, resourcefulness, adaptability, for surfacing value and pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and with teams.
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including in meetings, emails and other written products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A penchant for mastering and understanding details for the purpose of simplifying the landscape for others.
- Strong analytical skills Familiarity with Project Management Systems
- Preferred: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing automaton or standardizing process.
- Preferred: Experience working with JIRA.
- Experience commensurate with a Bachelor's degree; a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Evaluate and document existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support project planning and development.
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
- Conduct voice of customer across teams to determine need for new/improved services.
- Document best practices across teams and processes and share recommendations to increase awareness.
- Evaluate opportunities that provide flexibility for internal and external stakeholders while minimizing administrative effort.
- Provide input for requirements gathering and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Provide oversight and support to other contractor pools or centralized processes.
- Convert, migrate, and develop SOPs and process to Knowledge Base.
- Other duties as identified that contribute toward the key outcomes of the Central Business Services team.
