We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and Executive Assistant to support the President of Moda Operandi. This individual will serve as a strategic partner and trusted right hand, responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating internal and external communications, and facilitating day-to-day operations—both professional and personal. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

What You'll Do
- Manage an ever-changing calendar, including scheduling all meetings, calls, and appointments. Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring the President's time is used efficiently
- Coordinate all travel arrangements (domestic and international), and be available off hours during travel as needed if issues arise
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up notes for meetings
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the President with professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other executive communications
- Attend meetings (as requested) to capture action items and ensure timely follow-through
- Manage Expense Reports
- Provide ad hoc support for personal appointments, engagements and commitments as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in business administrative or 1-3years related experience. (preferably in a startup space)
- Ability to exercise independent judgement while handling multiple tasks
- Must have the ability to partner with various functions and exercise a high level of care for the customer, internal team members, and people experiences
- Should have a continuous improvement mindset and strive improvements to processes, programs, and meetings
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Excel
- High degree of initiative, follow-through and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information
- An "always-on" approach to work and your availability
- Previous executive level experience
Salary: $50,000 - $66,000k annually + Discretionary Bonus
