About MyOme
MyOme’s mission is to provide clinically actionable genetic information to patients throughout their lives. We combine clinical-grade whole genome sequencing, advanced methods for genome interpretation, and seamless digital tools for doctors and patients to order and access results. Our team is composed of seasoned entrepreneurs, scientists, and operators, and we're backed by top-tier investors.
Job Description
MyOme is seeking a strategic, highly capable Project Manager to join our team and play a central role in driving execution across the company’s highest-priority initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, this individual will serve as a critical force multiplier for the business — managing project timelines, aligning resources, and enabling leaders to deliver against ambitious goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is not a traditional PM role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in startup ambiguity, is energized by controlled chaos, and can confidently step into rooms with C-level stakeholders and external partners to lead. You’ll be at the center of cross-functional work spanning commercial strategy, patient and provider experience, product implementation, operations, and partnerships. At MyOme, titles don’t matter — outcomes do. You’ll be empowered to own programs and deliver results with autonomy, creativity, and grit.

- Operates with confidence, urgency, and poise under pressure — comfortable in environments where priorities shift and new data emerges daily
- Proficient in modern project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Shortcut, Confluence, Asana), with a systems-thinking mindset
- PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required
- Deep understanding of healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences industry norms and operating environments
- Location: Remote-friendly with preference for Bay Area or Eastern time zones. Occasional travel required for team meetings or partner engagements.

- Enjoy rolling up your sleeves, taking initiative, and being empowered to lead
- Value humility, transparency, and collaborative problem-solving
