Human Resources Generalist

We're looking for a talented HR Generalist who wants to bring their expertise to our clients.

Your projects will include:

• Modern people practices and systems thinking that blend results with empathy.
• Working yourself out of a role by helping growing companies build processes, automations and systems with technology.
• Ongoing payroll and onboarding management in Paylocity

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Tech intuition. You'll need to be able to speak to how you've utilized technology and how you keep up with tech trends.
• Flexibility. This is consulting. Things change all the time!
• A passion for startups and business. The best people leaders incorporate context.

We have an office in the Bay View neighborhood of Milwaukee available to you. We like to get together weekl,y but you'll otherwise have remote flexibility.
