The Opportunity:

In this position, you will spearhead the growth of Healthing’s partnerships across the healthcare sector, focusing on building new business and developing long-term client relationships. You’ll use your consultative selling expertise to uncover client needs and collaborate with our team of media strategists to craft tailored communications programs that maximize ROI.

What You’ll Do:

• Business Development: Own the full sales cycle – from generating leads and prospecting to delivering impactful presentations and finalizing contracts.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong client relationships, providing holistic media solutions across both digital and print to ensure loyalty and success.
• Strategic Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to uncover your clients’ needs, working with our strategists to design customized solutions that meet their KPIs.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs to measure and optimize the effectiveness of multi-media programs, ensuring top ROI for your clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop B2B marketing strategies and deliver powerful solutions to business development leads.
• Mentorship: Guide and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets, playing a key role in Healthing’s success.
  
  

Who You Are:

• You have8+ years of experience in a sales, media, marketing role, with deep connections in the healthcare sector.
• You have an innate ability to solve complex problems and understand the nuances of the healthcare industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, natural health products, etc.).
• You're a client relations expert, known for your ability to build strong, lasting connections with decision-makers and deliver exceptional service.
• You are a motivated self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment and is always up for a challenge.
• You bring a deep understanding of healthcare advertising, including ASC and PAAB regulations, and have experience positioning media solutions like SEM, Social, SEO, Website Development, Digital Display, and Print.
• You possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Bilingual? French language skills are a bonus!
