Position Summary

The Customer Service Associate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic, articulate, and able to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and outcomes


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
