About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to push boundaries. In this role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing content creation, lead generation, community engagement, webinars, and event planning to drive marketing-qualified leads and elevate zipBoard's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling content tailored to our ICPs, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media content.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships within relevant communities, forums, and social platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Webinars & Events: Plan and host webinars, live demos, and virtual events to showcase zipBoard's value proposition and engage with potential customers.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new users, and re-engage existing customers.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing initiatives, analyze data to assess effectiveness, and optimize strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in growth marketing strategies and execution.
- Customer Insight: Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate the needs, challenges, and language of ICPs, creating resonant messaging and content.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
- Relationship Building: Strong networking skills with experience in community engagement and partnership development.
- Analytical Proficiency: Ability to analyze complex data sets, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
