Core Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the mortgage process, from initial consultation to final approval.
• Provide expert advice on mortgage products, lending practices, and financial solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Analyze financial data and credit profiles to offer appropriate and personalized mortgage recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and rate changes to provide timely advice to clients.
• Work collaboratively within our team to contribute to our culture of growth and success

What We're Looking For:

• A valid Mortgage Agent License (REQUIRED) and knowledge of industry regulations.
• A strong understanding of mortgage products, credit analysis, and lending practices.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
• The ability to analyze financial data, assess risk, and provide tailored recommendations.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously.
• Previous experience in financial services, particularly in mortgages or real estate, is a bonus.
• Familiarity with mortgage software and financial tools is a plus.
• A customer-first approach and dedication to providing exceptional service at every step of the mortgage journey.
