The reason behind the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in SEO, website management, and paid media to lead our digital marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our website's performance, driving organic traffic, and leading paid media campaigns to fuel growth. You will work closely with the internal marketing team as well as our agency partners to ensure alignment across all digital channels and contribute to our objectives.

Location:

Remote! While we have offices in Atlanta and the Greater Toronto Area, you may work anywhere in either the US or Canada.

About you:

You're an experienced digital marketer with a successful track record for optimizing paid and organic traffic. You understand website performance and the levers you can pull to improve conversion, making it easy for our visitors to find what they're looking for.

You're not only an ambitious self-starter, but you know the importance of strong collaboration and work well within a team. In this role, you'll work really closely with campaign owners, content, design, and product marketing. You'll also act as a key contact with our website agency partners. Even more importantly, you're a project management rockstar who understands prioritization. Digital initiatives will always need further optimization, but you can steer us in the right direction by identifying what to prioritize and when!

Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for relevant keywords
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, technical SEO audits, and content strategy alignment to enhance organic visibility.
  • Track, measure, and report on SEO performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Website Ownership & Performance

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring it is optimized for both performance and user experience (UX).
  • Collaborate with agency teams to ensure website functionality aligns with business goals and user expectations.
  • Drive initiatives for conversion rate optimization.
  • Monitor website analytics and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other performance tracking tools to inform decision-making.

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Manage paid search, paid social, retargeting, and display advertising strategies to optimize ROI and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation and Creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive engagement.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize bidding strategies to maximize results.
  • Stay on top of paid media trends, platform changes, and industry best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Contribute to lead nurturing strategies and sales enablement through effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership, showcasing the impact of digital marketing efforts on revenue and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with external agencies and internal teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment across projects.

Background & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, website management, and paid media in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth, improving search rankings, and increasing conversions
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms
  • Solid understanding of website analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (SEMRush)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and how they integrate with digital marketing efforts.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) is a plus.
