Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Training Manager to empower psychotherapists with the clinical and business skills they need to build and sustain thriving caseloads. In this role, you will co-design and implement scalable, engaging learning solutions, leveraging a robust Learning Management System (LMS). Your responsibilities include developing tailored educational content, facilitating collaborative workshops, and monitoring learner progress to ensure mastery of essential clinical and practice management competencies. The ideal candidate is a skilled educator with experience in adult learning, curriculum design, and the behavioral health field, committed to fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a scalable Learning Management System (LMS) to train pre-licensed and licensed psychotherapists in clinical and business skills needed to build and maintain their caseloads.
Manage the successful engagement, participation, and implementation of clinical assessment tools using software solutions like Mirah or Greenspace to make data-driven decisions and enhance client outcomes. Design, deliver, and maintain engaging training content, including video modules, live role plays, and supplemental materials, to address varied development needs.
Build strong interpersonal relationships to inspire collaboration among clinicians, motivate participation in training, and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
Coordinate and oversee the seamless onboarding of clinicians, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization and clear performance expectations.
Facilitate the completion of essential documentation, such as credentialing applications, and ensure clinicians are set up on referral platforms, calendar systems, and other tools.
Use automated tools like Monday.com to track and streamline onboarding, training, outcomes, and clinician support needs.
Conduct regular data analysis on training and outcomes, presenting actionable insights to leadership.
Manage communication channels to address clinician-related questions and concerns, escalating issues to appropriate departments as needed.
Collaborate across departments to refine and optimize processes related to clinician onboarding, training, and outcomes across the client lifecycle.
Requirements: Proven experience in adult learning, training design, or leading professional development for therapists or similar professionals in private or group practice settings.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for motivating and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills with experience coordinating complex processes across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in advanced technology supporting scalable solutions and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Comfortable working at a fast-paced, early-stage startup with an aggressive growth strategy to scale the company.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote working environment.
Ability to prioritize corporate objectives while balancing the needs of various stakeholders in the organization.
Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively with a range of diverse groups.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information mindfully and effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to alter between detail-oriented and big-picture thinking depending on the task.
Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports to inform decision-making and problem-solving.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly and easily.
Desire to visualize, craft, and execute new processes for maximum efficiency.
