We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our incredible existing team helping to realize this mission on a daily basis. In this critical role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of our clients' experience throughout their entire Jukebox journey by coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the timely and quality completion of client cases.



Key Responsibilities


  • Becoming a domain expert in the processes and rules of our various programs

  • Acting as the client's main point of contact throughout their entire journey, including clinician evaluation, project approval, pre-construction, and construction

  • Acting as our clinical partners' main point of contact on a case level from case submission to completion

  • Communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, general contractors, suppliers, occupational therapists, health plans, state health organizations, and other internal stakeholders, as needed

  • Keep detailed records of all cases in the company's CRM system




Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • You care deeply about helping others, especially older adults

  • An outgoing personality and positive attitude coupled with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

  • Comfortable with technology – we use Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite and love trying out new technology

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable with ambiguity – we are solving new problems, and we would love your help!
