About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous Security Analyst to monitor, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity threats. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with security policies, and supporting incident response efforts. Your expertise will play a vital role in safeguarding organizational assets and ensuring the integrity of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Threat Monitoring: Continuously monitor systems and networks for security breaches or unusual activity.
  • Incident Response: Investigate security incidents, document findings, and support remediation efforts.
  • Vulnerability Assessment: Perform regular assessments to identify weaknesses and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Risk Analysis: Conduct risk assessments and assist in prioritizing security improvements.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on findings, incidents, and security status for management.
  • Awareness Training: Assist in developing and delivering security awareness training for employees.
  • Collaboration: Work with IT teams to implement security controls and improve system defenses.


Qualifications And Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.


Experience

  • Proven experience in a cybersecurity or IT security role.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools, vulnerability scanners, and threat intelligence platforms.


Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or HIPAA.
  • Proficiency in data classification and protection methodologies.
