Expedition Expectations

As a key member of the corporate travel division, the Corporate Elite Travel Advisor will be responsible for travel reservations for C-Suite (or similar) corporate travelers in accordance with their travel policy, covering all aspects of VIP business travel.

Passport to Success

  • Deliver outstanding level of customized service to a variety of high expectation clients, including upgrades, rewards tickets and travel reconfirmations.
  • Provide accurate thorough and complex travel information, using appropriate resources to stay informed on current international events and travel requirements.
  • Proactively ensure travel profiles are up to date and inclusive of elevated traveler requirements such as frequent guest/traveler/renter numbers, specific personal travel preferences, etc.
  • Plan itineraries, book airline reservations and arrange accommodations, car bookings and other services as required, keeping the customer’s travel policy top of mind.
  • Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems.
  • Build and retain excellent relationships with Executive Elite travelers and/or their Executive Assistants.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers to garner their favor when something “out of the box” is required.
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer services to both travelers and their Executive Assistants.

Going the Extra Mile

  • Minimum ten (10) years corporate travel advisor experience with preference given to those with VIP background.
  • Proficiency in Sabre GDS.
  • Able to work across multiple time zones, preference will be given to candidates who can work 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Mountain time.
  • Excellent and recent experience in booking and pricing international travel.
  • Extensive airline and supplier knowledge including an in-depth understanding of frequent traveler programs, specifically at the higher perk levels.
  • Proven ability to multi-task.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Manage conflicting priorities to ensure customer satisfaction levels are achieved.
  • Must be able to lawfully work in Canada and have unrestricted work authorization for Canada.
