We are currently seeking contract managers based in the Greater Toronto Area to join our bench of fully vetted candidates working secondments for our top global clients on a remote basis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Redlining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements with the legal team to facilitate company goals cross-functionally
  • Reporting on contract analyses (i.e. legal risks) and reviewing contract compliance with company policy
  • Maintaining, organizing, and working through a queue of contracts while practicing prioritization and efficiency
  • Identifying and communicating areas of improvement

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of well-rounded contract management experience gained in-house at a top global company
  • Specifically IT-focused commercial contract negotiator experience, including being well-versed in negotiating and managing sell-side (MSAs, NDAs, order forms/quotes, DPAs, etc.) and buy-side (vendor, contractor) agreements
  • Ability and interest in working on an engagement basis, seconded to client companies for 4-6 months at a time on average
  • Experience working remotely and located in the Greater Toronto area
